I did this on Monday. Got my free sub and drink. For those of you wondering whether you can redeem the coupon at a time when it is not considered "lunch time", you should be able to - because I had "lunch" at 8pm on Monday, Subway was cool with it :)

Seems theyve stopped any new member activations to counter this, think we're all in the same boat.
I can confirm that it does the same thing for me as well.
Just re-send your activation email a few times and you eventually get the right activation link.
When you click it it might say crap about being deadlocked so just keep refreshing and eventually it gets there :)
