  • Looks like all deliveries today were in NSW? Anyone outside of NSW had a delivery? I suspect the delays may have been them waiting for stock to arrive from overseas that they wanted to flog off before the new model TVs get released next month

    • I am in NSW but my order is still "processing". Samsung live chat doesn't have a clue when it will be ready or where my TV other than inside the "warehouse".

  • For those expecting a delivery in Melbourne today ANC says the driver is currently at the Samsung warehouse in Truganina picking up deliveries and will call later with ETA.

    My delivery window was 8:30-11:30 but hopefully delivery will be later today.

            • @Raymond92: It's really good. Dialogue is clear while action scenes are happening so no need to turn it up and down for different scenes. Bass is controlled and tight when it needs to be but will also shake the room. Rears do add another level of immersion, It's a nice surprise to have a jet fly past and hear it from behind that I haven't heard watching the same content with an old
              Samsung K850.

              I don't think I would have bothered with the Q990b over the Q930b with the regular price difference but it is very worth it.

              Box was in perfect condition. Contents were perfect and everything synced up automatically. No dropouts from the rears or sub yet.

              • @Skearn: Great to hear! I'm not experiencing any drop outs too. Samsung live reported our batch was manufactured in Decemeber 1st of 2022, so I assume the newer ones has updated hardware.

                What settings have you been using? I've been using adaptive sound and bass enhancement.

    Samsung screw me over again ! Delivery is scheduled for today but the ANC driver just called me to said my stock is not available in the warehouse and ask me to wait for another sms from Samsung when the stocks are available. This is third time they cancel my delivery.

  • Have heard nothing since ordering. Finally got a text today, saying my requested delivery date in unavailable (not that I'd ever been asked), and pick a new one… Options are 11, 12 or 13th of April… eBay delivery window was between 27th March and 3rd April.

    Ordered a 55" 90B on 22nd Feb, in SA… So pretty fed up at this point.

  • this is has been the biggest fk around of my whole life. bought a q80b 75 had it cancelled, bought a c835 75 for 2.4 get it home and theres a dead pixel after a week :( now im back here seeing some people getting deliverys thinking should i of waited ahahahahahaha any recommendations on 75 inch tvs for around 2.5-3k

    Located in BNE, my delivery was scheduled for today with a 3 hour range of 9am to 5pm (ha). Got a call at 11am the there would be a delay and they didn’t have the package, they would cancel and reschedule for another day.

    Second time this has been schedule then canceled, can’t wait to leave some honest feedback.

      I'm in brisbane too but have heard nothing. Contacted samsung who confirmed there is stock but nothing since. My ebay only says paid, nothing else. Good to hear yours might be coming soon

      In Brisbane as well. Had my first delivery cancelled because package wasn't ready at warehouse. Same thing happened today, was alloted a delivery time with ANC and got a call this afternoon saying item wasn't available at the warehouse. Called Samsung and they said it's an error with ANC because it's showing shipped on their end. Absolute sh*t show.

      • Also in Brisbane but purchased different deal from main site. ANC didn't deliver last Web (after it was moved from Mon) with no call or SMS.
        Got call on late Wedneday after contacting Samsung, they need to reschedule but still waiting for update.
        Have anyone call ANC directly?

        • I have called ANC directly and they put the blame on Samsung. Stating that they tried collecting the package but when they arrived at the Samsung Warehouse, the package wasn't available.

    The Samsung live chat use to be 1-5 person line max, now it's always over 30+. They must be so far behind with all deliveries

    • Probably depends on the time and day too. I tried the live chat Tuesday afternoon and only took me maybe 2-3 minutes to get a rep

    • Good luck. Ebay dont care. Ive been trying to get my money back for weeks. Unless they change the order status,ebay wont help. Was told to wait untill the expected delivery date passes and log a not received case. It is a joke.

    I didn't buy through this bargain. I thought I had dodged the bullet here, I ended up getting through https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/763274. It was set to deliver tomorrow. Guess what: ANC didn't pick up because no Q60B in QLD.

    Same delivery company screwing me over. :(

  • Ordered the 75 inch BU8000 via this deal on 23rd Feb. Haven't heard a peep since. My eBay shows that tracking has been provided but it's not in transit yet. My issue is we have moved houses and no longer at the address on the order. I've messaged Samsung on eBay but it shows them as being away till 23/04. What can I do?

    • Try calling Samsung directly to see if they can update your delivery address. 1300 362 603 > option 9 > option 4

    It’s gone very quiet here. After the handful of deliveries last week it seems it’s gonna dead with no further deliveries?

    • Ordered on the 23rd Feb. Heard absolutely nothing from Samsung. Have messaged them through eBay a couple of times and donuts.

      Think I am going to try for a refund.

      I cancelled my, got out of $hitshow, even refund took 1 month to sort by open dispute with ebay. Absolute no response or help received from Samsung.

        Done the same with a order for a 75inch Q80. Only Just got the refund after cancelling on the 3rd March, called Samsung a handful of times and contacting Ebay support. both a waste of space. Ended up ordering again this time directly though Samsung online with the 30% of code because I'm glutton for punishment. I feel another cancellation coming on.

        Btw I would try calling up ANC not Samsung. I got all my updates from them including delivery status and process.

          • @Psychobot: maybe wait for a few days - I got my 65" QN90B delivered today . They have recently stocked it, and you wouldn't find anything cheaper than this deal.

          • @Psychobot: also check the order status on samsung track order page . Have they assigned a serial number to your order? If yes, you will get a TV sooner rather than later

              @patadi: I have been checking it like every day, and almost every few hours. The order is stuck on processing. Just contacted the customer service again. Same old story. Blame the upgrade. No order has been allocated. We will escalate it. They wont admit it they dont have stock and cant provide an ETA.

              I gave up. Order cancelled.

    Bad luck for me. I received a 65" S95B tv yesterday but it has damaged box and cracked screen from edge.

    I called samsung yesterday for an update and they escalated my case.

    I got an ebay message this morning saying that my order was cancelled and refunded.

    The refund went through pretty quickly but this whole saga has been a shitshow and I'm really put off purchasing anything Samsung again.

    Guess it's still a better outcome than those who received broken TVs.

    Is after sales support any better with Sony, LG, etc?

    Haven't received my order yet for a S95B 65". Most recent update after calling Samsung is there is no stock. Confirmed by calling them again and enquiring about stock levels of the same TV on their online store.

    No ETA on stock and not sure whether the order can be fulfilled now given the announcement of the 2023 Samsung OLEDs.

    Will give it another 2 weeks or so before cancelling

        65" S95C for $1900 would be deal of the year but the Samsung customer reps are hopeless at doing anything apart from pulling up my order and telling me what I know. Can't imagine the amount of escalation needed to score that kind of upgrade

        • Nothing to lose but time, give it a try but ask immediately for manager/supervisor, if they’re holding peoples money for 30+ days & they have no stock, not good enough & reasonable to ask for a upgrade

    hi guys just received my neoQLED 65 inch. box had a QLD customers refund details on, clearly not just 'new box damaged'
    Opened up, huge crack in screen. Liasing with ebay now.
    Will never try samsung ebay again, though the deal was so enticing
