How do you get 30%?Depending on models, the discount rate is different. Neo QLED and Frame LED are 30%.

i emailed at 3:19pm yesterday and got both the 30% and 15% codes. They emailed the codes through after calling at 4:27pm

Once issued, how long the loyalty voucher is valid for?
I requested and received one yesterday for 30% - was valid for 30 days and for one item only, and cannot be stacked with other codes.
The email was clear though that it only applied to "Neo QLED & The Frame TV range (excluding accessories such as wall mounts, remote controls, One Connect cables etc)

30% is off QLED Neo (models that start with QN) and Frame only. plain Q models 15% discount possible only.
this makes Frame TV's amazing deal when on sale, as they are fantastic value with advanced gaming features and art mode. I got rid of qn85 and went with frame for much cheaper and super happy with the image and gaming.

Misleading post. Only 15% discount available for Q60B range. Also should mention that loyalty discount only available if you have a previous Samsung TV

Incorrect. I've never owned a Samsung TV and got a code yesterday. Same as my son. However, we do have extensive purchases of other Samsung products.

Great pricing on these deals but as a caution, read the reviews on Samsung Australia customer service. Im having an awful time with them. Well worth seeking a price match elsewhere.

i dont think you can get 30% with the loyalty offer for this model in particular. from the livechat, i was told only 15% offer and was asked to take a picture of the sticker with the serial,model etc from the back of my old samsung tv.
I don’t think this deal actually works. I called Samsung today and was emailed a 30% off code. The email specifically said:

Unless someone can share proof of it actually working, this deal should be marked as unobtainable.
Unless you are picking up from Betta. @15% this deal is still better as Samsung comes with free delivery.
