  • Anyone placed multiple orders ? I bought two different sound bars and only received one text and not sure which item it associated to. not sure what happened to the second order.

    ANC updated the delivery time to 21st mar 3 hr window now..instead of 7 am to 7 pm. Havenot received the latest sms for this from ANC..just checked the old sms and I can see that timing is updated.

    • How did you manage at the end to get the refund? my order is canceled but Samsung is still saying 2-10 business even after escalating. Its so frustrating to follow up everytime. In Samsung online, I can see the order cancelled status but ebay still shows 'Posted'.

      • I am on same boat. My order cancelled on 10th March on Samsung site, but it is shown as posted on ebay. Samsung said cancalation should be sync with ebay in 2 days. but nothing happens, Refund never received. Then I have contacted Samsung again (few times), after esclating I have been informed to contact eBay instead. what a joke.

            @mikezillakind: ebay order never cancelled by samsung, ebay/paypal can not do anything right now as delivered day is April 3rd.

            I have checked and I can see on eBay the order is not cancelled and your estimated delivery date is April 3rd so here the seller need to cancel the order on eBay and issue the refund however this transaction is covered under eBay money back guarantee here you can asked the seller to cancel the order on eBay in case they are not cancelling the order on eBay and your estimated delivery date is passed then we can open a dispute and you will be refunded.

            Then i talked to samsung again, they said it is cancelled, nothing they can do, Samsung guys will escalte again, but take another 2-10 days to receive updates.

              • @Gokku: No refund yet, Samsung customer service has esclated to their case manager twice. but they told me it is still no any action done by their case manager. and they have no way to contact their case manager directly. I have been told to wait for 2-10 days twice till get any udpate from samsung, but nothing.

                And from eBay, orignially i been told need to wait till delivery day pass before i can open a case for this order.
                Then i contact both parties again yesterday, finally a guy from eBay has right mind and kind enough to open a dispute case. if the samsung dose not reponse till 30th March, then i can to contact ebay again to get refund.

    Had the box damaged 65" QN85B TV on order for $1612. With the recent Samsung loyalty email deal (30% voucher), I was able to order the 75" QN90B brand new direct from Samsung for $2239 with $57 cashback. Booked delivery and box removal (free) for 27 March. The 65" QN90B would've been around $1679 if I wanted to keep the same TV size but thought I'd future-proof with 75".

    Called Samsung (1300 362 603 > option 9 > option 4) to cancel my order, which they happily obliged because there was no stock available lol nice. I was taken for a ride. Gave me a timeframe of 3-5 business days to see my refund.

  • Hi friends .Can anyone pls advise which one is better TV 65" The Frame QLED 4K Smart TV (2022) or 65" Q70B QLED 4K Smart TV? I had ordered Q70b through ebay for $1056.99 which is expected to come on 21st Mar but thinking should I cancel and order the frame TV through samsung website for $1359.15 (after 15% loyality discount)? I need specifically the 65 inch TV only..as i already have 75 QN800b and 55 inches TV in my house..can anyone pls advise. Thanks friends

      Q70b for better performance and picture.

      Frame 2022 for a cleaner look, especially when mounted.

I can see frame has that border bwivel thing which looks good but when I was buying 75 inch TV last year..JBHifi and goodguy agents were against the frame TV very strongly and it was in matt display..so I am not sure whether should I consider frame TV now for 65 inch..hence asking the advise. Thanks

  • Has anyone only had a basic tracking number input and heard nothing since?

    • I don't believe anyone has heard anything unprompted from Samsung, only receiving messages from their ANC couriers.

      The few of us that have been sharing correspondence with Samsung have been proactively chasing them, either by chat function or support email.

    Just checked my ANC delivery sms as well and it’s changed to cancelled too even though it was confirmed to be coming 23/3. Mind you this is the 2nd delivery we have scheduled after the last one was cancelled a couple of weeks ago.

    What sort of ridiculous shit show is Samsung running here?

    Friends, consdering the last time cancellatiom experience with ANC for 7 Mar delivery. I called them this morning, asking for confirmation that i am getting my tv tmrw. As per them yes its scheduled for tmrw with a caveat that ANC will pick tv tmrw from samsung warehouse and deliver to me. ANC doesnot have any warehouse to pick stuff in advance,store it and then deliver. So i asked ANC that my delivery window is 7:30 am to 10:30 am, will ANC pick the tv in early morning and deliver within 3 hrs to me? So ANC lady asked me to call again tmrw morning around 7 am for confirmation. I have zero confidence that they will deliver. Most likely it will get cancelled again and sms will show job not found. As of now its showing the delivery window.Samsung website order status is awaiting dispatch.

    • Even if mine gets cancelled, I'm hoping a few oz here will get theirs soon. Keep us updated!

  • Called samsung australia just nw. As usual they asked me to contact ANC for delivery as they have no control. Upon pressing them, agent said status is changed to shipping prepared on 16 mar, so i should be getting the tv tmrw by ANC. Also, he had escalated the case to back office again. To be honest i just wasted 30 min of my life again with no answer. I am not very hopeful for tmrw delivwry :-(

  • My tracking from ANC (due 3/4 to WA) was also cancelled this morning. Just checked the Samsung order status and it has just reverted to "Order Accepted" from "Awaiting Dispatch".

    Mine is due for delivery today 10am - 1pm in Sydney. Status now changed this morning on ANC link that I was SMSed to On Board. Had received an SMS from ANC a couple of weeks ago which was cancelled and not picked up. This is definitely looking more promising!

      • Last SMS received was Thursday, it did say I'd get another message to confirm three hour delivery window but this didn't ever come. Just been checking the link from the initial SMS which has been updated

    Receieved ANC sms in morning with 75 min ETA and status changed to onboard. Finally TV delivered just now in Sydney, nsw.On box top, its written product damaged with sad smily. Havent opened it yet..hope others recieved the tv soon. Cheers

      • surprisingly box was not damaged. Product damage was written on the box and inside TV is in very bad condition and broken+TV plastic stand seemed used product as well

    Just had mine delivered and set it up. Everything all looks good.
    There was a really small cut in the box, no more than maybe 2-3cm. Other than that perfect condition and everything inside brand new and untouched. TV works and looks perfect so very happy here. Caught a glimpse of the truck and saw at least another 8 or so Samsung TVs, all boxes looked perfect from what I could see quickly.

          • @Uncle Chop Chop: Call ANC directly and give them your phone number that's linked to your Ebay account. They will tell you the date of Delivery. Keep us updated after your call!

  • Did any of you guys who received their TVs, had the 2nd SMS cancelled by ANC or did it always remain valid? Wondering why mine and some others were cancelled again in the last 1-2 days and whether I should expect the TV to still come in 2 days time as booked. I called ANC but they are telling me "It's been cancelled by Samsung again, call them"

      Ok so I just called Samsung again, wasted half hour on both phone and chat and they once again seemed clueless saying "it will be escalated to the backend team"..

      I don't mind waiting for delivery but I do mind them sending me SMS with confirmed delivery dates, making appropriate plans to be there for that date and them cancelling the job without me knowing (unless you keep checking the original SMS link)…and then another week later doing it all over again!

    Just another small update from me.
    Had my QN85B delivered
    Same as stubert above, very small cut on box but the TV is in as new condition.

    I'm happy to see that this saga is finally over!
