    Just wanted to add that my soundbar arrived last Tuesday. The box wasn't damaged and it's working perfectly.

      • I wasn't expecting it until early April but they called on the Monday after I ordered and asked if someone would be home to take delivery the next day. Then it arrived. Am I really the only one?

    It's taken a while, but my DB Schenker tracking has finally updated to Order Cancelled this morning. Was created on the 22/2.

      Is there a chance we can still receive the order? And just waiting for a new order to be created?

      Ok talked with Samsung chat, this is more ANC shitshow. The delivery is cancelled but not the order, good because I want the TV.

    Hi Guys, Db Schenker updated my order as “order cancelled 2023/03/08 7:56 AM”. Called Samsung again today and found out that Samsung account email was not used for this TV order. Instead ebay has created some long email id for this order i.e [email protected]) which is being used by Samsung.

    So to check the status of your oder, go to samsung.com->DON’T LOGIN with your original Samsung email->click on person icon-> put your ebay order number in order id field, and newly created ebay email->click on search->wait for 5-10 sec and then you will see the order status and its progress (it takes little long to show the online status, so be patient). If it doesnot work then try the chrome incoginito mode.

    If you don’t have ebay order email then call Samsung and take it from them. Direct number to call Samsung is 1300362603—>option 9->and option 4

    As per Samsung customer care, my order is not cancelled and will be delivered in 3-15 business working days (starting from 23-Feb, original order date). They have updated my email to the original Samsung account email and going forward, will receive the regular order status update.Lets see if I receive my TV in next few weeks.

    • hmm wonder if there's a way to find out what our member.ebay email is or if it's randomly generated per message/sale.

        If you talk to live chat, they can update your email from the ebay email to yours (which is what I got done). That way you can track your order through here: https://shop.samsung.com/au/mypage/orders

        Its randomly generated but specific for each order. Thats why is a mixture of long chain of alphabets and number for each order

        • eBay still shows as shipped. But atleast now the order is cancelled and we can confirm it. They said refund takes 2-3 days which I highly doubt since the eBay team is not there.

    None of this was surprising. On top of this, Samsung has had a terrrrrrrrrrrrible reputation for support for fridge / washer / microwave / TVs for a while now, like really bad if you read online.

    The only thing they seem good at, is the mobile phones, if you get the plus upgrade stuff they seem pretty decent.

    Seriously, google it, it's endless. Even their new, cool QD OLED from last year was getting hot and warping itself (it's SAMSUNG DISPLAY panel) - they sell the same panel, to Sony, who managed to make a better TV, out of Samsungs panel, than Samsung.

    I can't do it man, I hear nothing but misery about them.

    Just touched base with Samsung care via live chat
    Still the same story
    Items are in stock
    Courier has cancelled (DB Schenker) with no replacement courier currently scheduled
    Samsung still expect orders to be delivered within normal timeframe (3-15 business days for metro)
    The representative could not confirm when a new courier will be organised, and said there was no estimated date on their system.

    I'll try again tomorrow!

      Both ANC and DB failed at the same time AND it'll take them 4 weeks to find another delivery partner which then happens to coincide with the original long drawn delivery date?

      Zero proactive comms, waiting for people to smash their phone lines instead. They even turned their ebay store OOO until the end of the month. The only comms going out are corporate lines pretending everything is fine "we're so excited with the launch of box damaged products", "we're looking to revolutionise our delivery service". By revolutionise, you mean ship products competently like every other tech product company?

      Maybe they are waiting for their warehouse staff to damage some boxes…

    Had a dispute in with eBay and damn seller responded. I just want to cancel!!!!

    Seller's message: "Hi There, as per the eBay estimated delivery time frame, we will be shipping your between 28 Mar 2023 - 4 Apr 2023. We will attempt to ship it before this sooner but please stay tuned for further updates. Kind Regards, Samsung Australia - Online Team"

        Even though they are acting like a 2 bit operation, it's still officially Samsung so you will get your money back if it comes to that I guess.

    I've received a new response from Samsung - "Please be advised that all deliveries are expected to start again on March 15, 2023, and the logistics team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date"

    Perhaps an end of week delivery is on the cards…?

      I really don't think there are any damaged box items.

      I think it's just a cover to allow them to to clear late model stock at a discount that won't upset their main retail customers.

  • Contacted Samsung Australia via chat again for odder progress. Got the below usual reply from Agent:

    As I can see, we are currently upgrading our online store operations and as a result, delivery of online orders has been affected.

    At Samsung, we are constantly creating innovative products and services for our consumers. With this in mind, we are always moving forward because we see obstacles as opportunities. We are taking this opportunity to blaze a new trail within our logistics services and are embarking on a journey to upgrade our operations from the 27th of February 2023 – the 12th of March 2023.

    What this means to our valuable customers is that we will not be able to ship the orders during this period. We will recommence shipping from the 15th of March 2023. We will keep you updated on anything that may significantly delay your order further.

    I'm sorry, we don't have the delivery date. As per checking, the estimated time they delivered your order is within 3-15 days if you are within Metro and 5-30 days if within Regional.       Looks like tomorrow might be the first opportunity for shipping.
      I wouldn't hold my breath, as they did previously say they would be shipping from the 9th!

  • Samsung just called me with regards to my order; asking me whether it had been delivered or not. Obviously it hasn't and when i asked for an ETA - they couldn't give me one. WTF. Hopeless.

    just received a text from Samsung, delivery date 23 March, in VIC, I didn’t call or live chat Samsung.

    Samsung: Your delivery/collection date has been confirmed with ANC. A 3 hour delivery window will be sent evening prior.

  • Ended up cancelling my order for 75" Q70B, had zero updates since purchasing, tried to find out more info from Samsung but kept being told no allocation and would be provided further instructions soon.

    Decided to cancel this order and ordered a 75" Qn85b for only $500 more with 30% loyalty discount. Worth it I think.

  • In WA here, just got a text message from ANC with a link suggesting delivery on 3/4. Shortly after, eBay noted the item as being sent for delivery and they sent an email update. Samsung order status says expected delivey is 30/3.

    Well worth the wait.

    Edit: Seems that only one of the two TVs I ordered have been sent, it seems they have split the delivery

    Got an SMS today from ANC for delivery 23/3. Called them to confirm and the delivery is definitely happening. I’m in Vic.

    Looks like the saga is coming to an end.

    • On the ANC link, can you tell me what the tracking number like?

      • There are three numbers..job number starting with 5..connote number starting with 7 and p/o no which is your ebay order number starting with 19..none of these numbers are required with ANC because they track you immediately with the mobile number..in my case i called from same mobile listed in my order so didnot had to provide any detail to ANC on call.

        Hey mate, called ANC directly just now. As per them, they dont pick the item in advance and will pick it up on 20th march or 21st March from samsung warehouse and deliver it to me on 21st March. They also said its a new warehouse for samsung australia located in bankstown sydney nsw..so far all seems alright. Fingers crossed :-)

        • Ah this makes the whole experience even more ridiculous.

          Instead of just going offline, why didn't Samsung just say "Thanks for your order, we're in the process of moving to a new warehouse so your delivery will be delayed for three weeks. We'll be in touch when it's ready to go!"

          They could have sent direct messages via eBay if they wanted to be discrete.
