Add a $4 item and use code SAVEBF
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/146089812229 - $900 + del c&c

  • I can never get c&c to work and shipping applies for the second item as well

  • Is this a decent unit compared to others and for the price? Cheers

    • +1

Yes, better than average. Comparable to other higher-end models from Samsung or Sony. Though the latter are full-set with satellite speak and sub. People do say Arc is good enough on its own, but to get the full set with Era 100 + Sub for best experience, the total would reach $2.5k or more.

Also there's Arc Ultra available now with better speakers and a few more features, but is not on sale.

      • The Arc Ultra is on sale. I bought it at Harvey Norman on Wednesday.

      • FYI the Arc Ultra is on sale at Westcoast Hifi for $1588. I got TGG chat agent to beat the price at $1520…Still contemplating whether I want to pull the trigger. This would be my first Sonos product. Currently using Sony HT-S400 as it came with my TV

        • That's what I mean. At >$500 more expensive than Arc and limited upgrades, not sure if Arc Ultra is worth it at all.

Though almost all reviews of Ultra says the dialogue enhancement is very good, so if one watch drama a lot, it may be worth it?

If you're using Sony, you can just use another Sony soundbar instead - I found using TV speakers as centre channel (Sony S-Center or Samsung Q-Symphony) is a great feature when I tested it out at my friend's living room. Unfortunately I'm not using TVs from either brand.

  • Just bought it for $936…the price has dropped

    • Where?

      • -1

        Earth probably. Maybe even Australia.

But this deal is sort of for $889.20 so not sure of the relevance. Certainly not $936 at HN according to their website.

  • Where do you guys get 10% off HN gift cards?

  • Is there a decent Samsung no sub speaker? I have the Samsung frame and think I should match it with same soundbar?

    1. This isn't the latest soundbar model by Sonos
    2. Already $993 at JB
    3. JB can further discount this to well below $900 if you negotiate at the store.
