So if Breville RRP is $1399 for this machine and you manage to got the leaked staff discount code of 50% that lasted minutes, that would make it $700? So you don't want to buy cause it is $90 more?

I think the issue is that the RRP on Breville’s site is inflated. $899 is the everyday price from major retailers, so this discount lacks excitement.
I’m also waiting for a decent discount to pull the trigger, I held off when TGG had 20% off ($720ish) thinking we’d see sub $700 this weekend.
My wife’s enjoying the extra bench space in the interim.
