  • Any idea what time the price went live?

    • live now!

      • Yeah, but was it 9? 7? Hope it's not midnight. Probably doesn't matter for this but some of the other days it might.

Who would buy this? Genuine question as it can't replace the hands-on massage (it's a 1-way machine) and it is a massive thing to put in your house.

i have one just like it - my misso likes it - im not a fan and never have been.
did my back one man moving it from my porch into my lounge HAHA - boy i could sure have used a massage.

my mum's asian mum friends all have one - im sure they dont actually use it for its intended use - its literally just a piece to put in the lounge as a flex on all their other friends when they come over for tea and gossip (who ironically all also have similar models… that also never get used).

      • Haha, thanks, learned something :)

      I'm also interested in 2-way massages ;).

Bought one in September when Costco had it on sale for $2999. Someone from Masseuse called and said they ran out of stock for this model, so they upgraded me to a Physio+. Delivery was quick and smooth; they even unpacked and removed all the packaging for me.

In terms of comfort, of course you can't compare it to hands-on massage like someone says above but paying for massage is expensive here in Australia unless you have someone doing it to you for free. Assuming this chair can last for 5 years (maybe longer if you use it carefully) it costs less than $2 per day.

Although the chair is made in China (probably 90%+ of these consumer-grade massage chairs are), Masseuse itself is an Australian company. Their staff are friendly and aftersales service is amazing. I even got a personalized video text message from a representative offering me help on using the chair and its remote control.

Overall, I am really satisfied with my purchase.

haha i had the same thought, we've had our chair (not this one but almost identical) for about 2.5 years, only used it maybe 30 times.

    Great stocking stuffer, thanks

  • Any tall people used this? How does it go on someone who is 185cm

    • this looks almost identical to the one i have except my one is black on black , this one has some gold trims on side and leg pads.
im 181 and find it's fine.

  • Looks like a life sucking torture machine from a sci-fi movie. Just waiting for the aliens to pop their heads up from behind the chair to scare the freak out of ya
