Can confirm the same. Got a Auspost notification yesterday and traced it back to an old Samsung Order from November last year.

I knew this wasn't going to be honoured, the funds never left my credit card, and yet I can't help but feel disappointed in Dell. If they gave a discount code, even a small one, it would show they are trying to make amends. Instead they just gave us the bird.

Sadly my own order was cancelled, it did briefly go to confirmed but then it was cancelled. I was foolish not to speak to Muzeeb.

@superforever: I tried calling Dell support but they keep passing me to the sales team, which then they hung up. Called 3 times, hung up 3 times during the transfer to sales team.
