Definitely unobtainable. Not a single person confirmed they received anything other than the vague shipment email.
If it is just a kid's project I can understand but bullshitting people that their non-existent orders are 'fulfilled' does not auger well morally. Oh well they wont last long in the marketplace with that sort of reputation.
Yeh poor form, they definitely got their name out… I'm sure a few people would've ordered because they felt bad for them.. but just straight up lying about fulfilled orders is a bad look.. better to just say hey we got ozbargained and can't fulfil them.

Yep, got a "Shipped" email but still haven't received anything.
Myself and two friends all got shipped emails yet when contacting the live chat (automated replies)
It says the order has been fulfilled and there has not been a reply back.
Seems pretty much like a scam.
Definitely a scam. Never even received an email to say it was out of stock. Just took the order. Wonder what they have done with our personal details. Probably sold it to the highest bidder.
I don't think this is a kids business, these people are just incompetent and lie to cover their lack of ability to run a business. There is no customer service and they ignore emails.
The owner also runs an adult toy subscription box according to ABN lookup info.

24th May - Ordered a subscription box of bubblegum and the free sample box in a single order.
4th June - "we have shipped your order" email received for "June BBB box". I thought I ordered a May box so I email and contact BBB via the website with no reply to both.
13th June - Sent a charge dispute to my bank and cc'd BBB. The same day I get a reply from BBB saying the box I ordered missed the May cut-off so I have ordered the June box which actually ships today. I then received shipping confirmation emails from BBB for the subscription box and sample box with a single Aus Post tracking number for both items.
20th June - Tracking number still isn't active so emailed to ask why but never received a reply from anyone.
6th July - Aus Post notifies me the tracking number has been received.
14th July (today) - A single box arrives from BBB, there is no invoice or packing list in the box. Most of the "bubblegum box" is filled with a box of biscuits. There is a squashed and broken Snap and Crackle lolly. There are only 3 small pieces of KA-BLUEY bubblegum. A massive disappointment given BBB are charging $40 for this box. Are those 3 pieces my free bubblegum sample? If they are the free sample then why is there no bubblegum in my bubblegum subscription box?

This was a scam. I never received my order but on their end it says it's "been fulfilled". I have tried contacting them multiple times and no response. Luckily it was used with my newsletter emails which doesn't bother me haha.
