Nothing for me, am still on one of the older 100/40 (FTTN) plans at $89.95 a month, surprised they haven’t offered something to get me onto the newer 100/20 plans!

    • Yeah me too. They have been fairly awesome.. i moved house a few times in 12mths, one time I didn't have NBN for 3mths. Each time I've connected, I've asked they popped me back on the 100/40 plan for $90/mth no probs they said.

      • Yeah I've only had one real issue with them surrounding the fact they advised me to get a cable technician out as it was an internal wiring issue only for the cable tech proving it was actually an NBN issue and it was just a big run around of everyone playing the blame game, but other than that they've been pretty great with things and not forcing people onto newer plans is a plus in my book!

  • I'm almost 7 months with Superloop now, no email.

    • It was an sms

        no sms.

They disabled change plan function, hmmm
    currently paying $69.95 for 100/20

Your link direct to following offer for existing 100/20 customers, $10 off for 12 months contract

Eligible Superloop NBN existing customers who have been on a Superloop NBN 100/20 Unlimited Plan (Original Plan) for at least 6 months will be entitled to an exclusive discounted NBN 100/20 Unlimited Plan rate of $79.95 per month for a contract period of 12 months (minimum total cost of $959.40) (Offer), subject to these terms and conditions.

oof why am I paying $89.95 for 100/20

  • I'm confused. The link you gave says 50/20 is $15 off for 6months.

Does this make it $20 off for 6 months?

Also is the mesh an extra freebie or you can only pick one

    • If you are on 50/20 check out the T&C, some receive $5.00 off per month for 6 months no contract and some has $5.00 for 12 months with contract. Once you accept the offer it will become $65.95 per month for 6 months no contract.

You can only take one offer no double-dip :D

For me its 10$ on medium(6months no contract) and fast plans(12 months contract) and no eero mesh offer

    • Thank you, I have same offer, I didn't realized that medium (I guess it's 50mbps plan) have no contract and I've checked again and I have same offer with you

  • 100/40 on nbn copper fail. Got the SMS but link was for a "medium" plan. Chatted them as "medium" wasn't in their list of plans. Apparently it's 50/25 so why the heck would I want that? GG Bevan

    • I was told the 'medium' and 'fast' were the same thing? I'm currently on a 100/20 plan and the phone rep was adamant the $10 for six months no contract 'medium' and $10 for twelve months contracted 'fast' were the same thing, just length of discount and whether you're locked in. I chose the 6 month one as I didn't want to be locked in but if it's for a slower speed then I definitely don't want that…

  • The shonky link and unusual phone numbers listed in the SMS made me a bit concerned.

    • same with me, I have keyed in my laptop and I've double checked it's genuine, I have undecided as it's still more expensive than their current deal for new customer.

      • True. After reading comments above I opted to accept it for the mesh router as it should step up the security on the wifi (if I'm reading the blurb on the site right)…from WPA2 to WPA3…not sure if it can replace the wifi capability of the existing router or just extend it and offer WPA3 on the extended connections though?

        • The eero only steps up your Wi-Fi security to WPA3 if your mobile, laptop and so on support WPA3. If not the eero Wi-Fi security falls back to WPA2.

eero Wi-Fi replaces the existing routers Wi-Fi.

  • My change plan page seems currently disable it,
    I’ll che k later

    • same with me

Be careful of a contract with SL…..

    • can you provide little more detail? I wouldn't conisider too to get into contract.

      • There going down hill fast as an RSP, they offer little to no support, ( long wait times, call backs that don’t work, emails that go unanswered)

They also have problems at some POI with Overloading CVC, there CVc charts are 15mins windows so miss all the problems.

They are removing parts of there network to save costs.

        • I kinna agree with you, I came little opposite way though,
I joined with some concern, coming from Launtel, I had bit of hiccup when I just joined with Superloop, it was hard to contact customer service as well, I thought at that time that I will move as soon as 6 months promo end, I have been searching alternative past few weeks, Telstra, Launtel and Aussie are abit too expensive for what it is and surprisingly many alternative options review say that superloop is superb. then also showing really low Ping (I only understood about Ping few months ago and low is good) with superloop against Tangerine's extremely high ping in Singapore server. some review say that they get 20 Mb speed for 50 Mb plan for Tangerine and customer service can't help except recommend to reboot the modem/router. so… I'm going to stay but will avoid contract as I also want to be free bird :) really appreciate your opinion and I will keep in mind careful
after some journey, Aussie bro, Launtel and Superloop are alright with customer service, but it can be hard to contact superloop customer service (unavailable during the weekend as well), last contact with superloop customer service last week took 1.5 minutes so I really hope that they have improved

  • I was offered $10 off per month, I was nearly going to process with 100/20 for $79.95 then I realized that it's 12 months contract and I have not proceeded,
I'm still browsing as I still have 7 days before I have to cancel. any recommendation of NBN provider?

    • +1

I'm in the same boat. 12 month contract to get a discount on 100/20 plan, no thanks. I'll churn to TPG or something.

      • I'm going to $10 off with 50 plan first (without contract)

  • No SMS, no email. Change Plan feature disabled online.

  • I got $10 off for 6 months, no contract, 100/20

    • $5 off for 6 months, no contract, 50/20

      • Mine stated $10 off for 6 months.

        exact wording as below

NBN Medium speed plan $10 - 6 mo (no contract) - > inclusion - $10 off per month for 6 months

    • Same. SL rep was very helpful and when I questioned that this was a 12mo contract, rep confirmed it was not:

It is not a contract. It is lasting for 6 months but you can change the plan or leave Superloop and no added charge will be sprung on you

Rep provided screen shot from SL billing system of the $10 discount applied for the next 6 months.

      Happy.

Be careful about churning away from Superloop, no pro rata refund. Make sure you churn at the end of your pre paid month.

  • Anyone can vouch for this company? pricing for new customer also not bad as they give 20% discount for first 6 months. Thinking to move over from TPG

    • This place is good. Keep in mind if you move from TPG, TPG will sting you for an extra month when they acknowledge your cancellation.

  • I'm currently on 100/40 plan at the now old rate of $89.95 - I'm guessing Superloop will automatically adjust my plan to the new pricing of $79.95 since I can't seem to change it manually from my account?

    • Via chat. I was considering moving to ABB. Rep offered $10/mo "retention" without me prompting.

  • +1

I did not receive an SMS and have been with them for about 15 months now on a 50/20 plan. Disappointing. Have been paying $69.95 since September after the sign up discount followed by a referral discount ended. Service has been good.

  • +1

Note for new customers 25/10 and 50/20 is the same price for the first 6 months.

  • I got the same SMS yesterday, I'm jumping to ABB for a free month while I decide where I want to go after that. The Superloop deal was great while the 6 months lasted.

  • Interesting, been a customer for 11 months and didn't receive any of these offers.

  • Thanks OP, was looking in my email for this but thanks to you I went back and found the sms.

  • has anyone accept the order and go smooth as planned?
I received the offer as well but when I search 02 9138 7948 the phone, some people stated it could be scam?

  • I saw 250/25 plan for $99 to upgrade for 6 months and I've changed it and start from tomorrow

    • Can you please PM me? I want to ask you about superloop.

  • Could any one please confirm it is EERO 6, as the document linked only indicate it is EERO mesh router which means Superloop probably just want to get rid of obsolete stock also it seems they are not comparable to Google nest not even mention Asus and Netgear class.

  • +1

Haven't received any SMS/Email from SL, however I discovered the discount today by accident when I logged into my SL account. There was a banner on top of the page with a link that gave me 10$ off for the next 6 months (current 100/40 plan).

    • +1

Thanks, Mike, found the banner : )

  • Who's getting $5 off and who's getting $10 off?

I'm on a 50/20 coming up to the end of the 6-month discount, and I've been offered $5 off.

Possible factors: average use 185GB per month, currently paying $59 for 50/20.

  • I ad $10 off (100/20) for 6 months or 12 months with contract.

I also had an option to upgraded to 250/25 with 6 months special $99.95 SL and I took this option.

It was little slow to increase the speed, it took approx 3 days to increase the speed from 100 to 230.

    I'm still happy with Superloop

  • I received the sms offer today;
$10 off (100/20) for 6 months or 12 months with contract.
Not sure which one to choose 🤔.. thinking I’m better to just stick with no contract.

  • Anyone have a referral code I can use to join superloop? The ozbargain random link is broken!

    • DMd code. cheers
