He can pick it up sure, BUT, i have trouble justifiying this because of another reason, price differences.
You order a snitz online for pick up, for $19 but in store it was $12.50
sure you save 50 cents. but what was the whole point if you were going there anyway?
I use these services to get it delivered, otherwise its cheaper 9/10 times to just ring up and pick it up at in house prices just by calling ahead, so you don't even have to deal with waiting either.
TLDR: If you are going to pick up, why are you using menulog and eat 40% 'fee' when you can just call ahead after viewing the menu online? And there's no minimum order for pick up too lads.
Most places in my area the prices are marked up 10-20%. Nowhere close to 40%.
