    "WAV" this would have been hi-tech in 1995, today its just considered Junk.

  • do we need to pay return postage to China if we receive a fault product? from my experience, the posibility of fault is high.

    • If you receive a fault product, you need to pay postage to America
      (and return the product to America too) but not China.

      If the product is false, you can get compensation for the postage.
      You can get 30% of the price of the product,
      and the total amount you get is less than USD $40.

      PS. We have stuff and warehouse in America.

        Sorry mate to disappoint you but people should know better what is tmart.
        I purchased only once (fortunately) from you and I got JUNK.
        Chat people are helpful and polite but I still got JUNK, they can't fix it!

        I chatted too many times (and spent too many days) and sent e-mails to tmart, I spent too much time and got stress for a stupid cheap (you inflated it anyways) voice recorder value around $30.
        Tell me who's going to put more effort on a $30 stuff.
        I just gave up!

        Regarding delivery, it goes back to HK NOT USA as you stated here!
        Last solution from chatting was to send the junk back at my expenses then if tmart staff found that there was no fault, I had to pay for it!
        Too many chats + e-mails + PICTURES + troubleshooting = too much headache I gave up mate, I got my life!!

    I'm not going to debate your answers as I'm already tired by all of this.

    The voice recorder is still in its delivering bag, I have no use because it doesn't work.

    You're talking about customer service right, lets see what happens now.
    All I can do is to tell my experience to other people, that is my right.
