I've bought from taobao (which is basically the chinese version of ebay) and Tmall numerous times while in China and I admit they have decent products at decent prices, especially after conversion to AUD.
OP can you clarfiy what your purpose is here. "recommending good bargains" seems very ambiguous. Also what are you a rep of exactly, and what do you mean by free shipping and paypal payments

I got a very bad experience from Tmart and so this is to show that your words are just childish.
Tmart sells JUNK at INFLATED prices then you guys are not able nor willing to offer support because sending back your not working JUNK will cost too much for your company (Tmart's words).
I see nothing new here, just another spammer willing to do free advertising!
Finally with the help of Leftdrop, Tmart's staff and of course Ozbargain I got my money back including delivery too.
I do apologise for making a rant, it was due the fact that I didn't believe in Tmart customer care and professionality so I gave up.
This is I think 6 month old issue but I still got my money back!
Even during chatting staff is always friendly and helpful, they really want to assist you regarding your problem, you should try guys then let me know if I was telling rubbish.
I think that my issue was an isolated case and Tmart was able to fix it in the best way possible for its customer.
