Clearing out stock now that Chinese New Year has started. Found in Maylands WA, not sure if it’s nationwide.

old geelong road?
I can never find a store with these in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne
Try Westfield Doncaster. Saw plenty of stock last month.
was there on the weekend, $10.
Lots of Chinese buy in nice areas.
OMG I got one of these at $15, $4 is a steal!
Chocolate?
Pocky
They were $8 at my Coles. I begged and they did it for $4.
+1 for effort!
That's some fine begging there.
Should of bought them for 8.
seems the $4 is store specific then
Ozbeggars.
what aisle to find these in? I searched for like 20 mins lol
usually in the international/asian aisle I believe
There's a special CNY section at the end of an isle at my Coles. They were there.
Damn. Credit cards. Pesto. Now poki.
Coles stepping up there game
Damn, looks like there were too pockyular at my local store. Nil. Nada. Zip.
IDYOT
I think he was being sarcastic…?
I think Champ888 was being disparaging but we could both be wrong and it's a case of equally bad spelling.
To get an answer to your question it would have been better to have asked Champ888.
Historically on Ozbargain there has been numerous trolling comments directed at the Chinese community.
I'm all for people calling out offensive comments and having a discussion. There's seriously not enough awareness out there about casual racism. This might be one of those times.
Just got back from "The Glen" (VIC) Coles. I couldn't find them there.
Probably didn't have as many customers as they thought they would have, after 903 visited.
Thanks OP!
Did circles in the Maylands store but finally found by looking at the detail in the photo of the metal rack with the deli section in the background.Any stock left?
Maylands there was 3 left.. Got them for kid, bro, and me, but mum guilted mine out of my hands…
Thanks for saving me the trip! :)
good detective skills haha!
Can confirm it was $10 special two days ago in Sydney Coles. Can anyone confirm what’s the price now? For $4 it definitely worth grabbing another one
Anyone knows where they are made?
The Pocky itself is from Thailand
Our cat is called Pocky and he’s an a-hole
Maybe he hates his name
he's just constantly spooked….
imagine being named after some food… everytime someone says 'let's eat pocky'…
Not available at Coles Middle Camberwell.
Also noted the lack of security controls (ie one way security barriers and ease of exiting) at this store compared to the usual stores I frequent. Assume because wealthier suburbs have less petty theft.
What are the chopsticks like? Plastic or?
recycled bamboo from CNY party
Ok, what the hell are these?
thin biscuit sticks dipped in chocolate i think
Pretzel stick. Originated from Japan. Been around since the 60s.
LOL. I never realised Pocky sticks were based on chopsticks.
8 at two different Coles I've been to.
can coles price beat their own stores? lol
Good question. I bought 5x anyway. Should have begged like the other bloke maybe.
+1 for a great deal on a delicious snack… but couldn't find it at my local Coles
Still $10 Southern Cross, Melbourne.
Couldn't you just beg like this guy here? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/10094140/redir
It's Lunar New year, not Chinese New year, China doesn't own the moon…..yet.
I know this is a thing, but it literally says Chinese New Year on the box.

$10 in Hoppers Crossing Victoria on Saturday and I thought that was a good price.
