I bought amaysim plan a couple of months ago.
Received a promotional email two weeks ago but ignored because I thought it's $10 each renewal.
Received another email reminder today and found it's a one-time $10 for the next 8 renewals.
Seems to be a good deal.

Not sure if it's targeted or only for existing customers.

It said offer ends 20 Feb so today is the last day.

The URL in my email seems to be a unique link only working for me.
No idea if there's a universal URL for the deal. I would recommend checking your emails(or junk emails folder).

    I started receiving emails from them a while with "great" deals, I ignored them because they weren't that great and had to pay more. Then they just switched me to a 10gb plan and didn't change the monthly price which I was happy with.

    I got a similar email ending 18 Feb (but because I'm on 5Gb plan, it offered 10Gb of data) however I'm guessing it's a marketing stuff up. I'm guessing it's meant to be "for next 8 renewals, get double the data for the same price". But I agree, the way email is worded, it appears we are paying one month's cost for 8 renewals at double the data. Seems too good to be true.

      Went thru chat a couple of days ago and have a transcript confirming that a sigle payment covers 8 renewals. Seems a ridiculous deal, but what the heck!

      It is "pay one month's cost for 8 renewals at double the data".
      You pay for the first month, and the next 7 months is free.
      Can confirm this as that is what is stated in my account.

    We've been with amaysim for a couple of years. I'm not a huge mobile data user so unlimited text / calls and 1gb for $10 a month. They upped the data to 2gb a month and it's still only $10. I only ever use it with the laptop if we're away from home. No trouble at all with the business - which means nothing has ever gone wrong and we haven't needed support; so don't know what support is like.

    Got the 8 x 28 day double data offer on a couple of our amaysim 5gb plans we got from groupon a few months ago.

    But the plans have expired and moved onto payg status which means i would have to pay $20 to move them back to the 5gb unlimited plan and a further $20 for this offer so no go for me.

    Oh wow I got the $20 for 10Gb offer and activated it not knowing it's actually for 8 renewals.
    Continuing from the groupon offer it's effectively a year of unlimited mobile and a pretty good data allowance for under $30.

    I signed up for the groupon deal too but I am still on my last month, ends in a week or so. Anyone know if I might get the offer after my plan is expired, or if I should change settings to auto renew or anything?

    I was just planning on switching soon to another long-term prepay provider e.g. An optus $40 SIM (for$10) that'll last me 6 months, but maybe I should stay for a little while after in case I get sent the offer? Any tips?
