From my experience, bought 2 items with coupon. 1 item was out of stock, then another charged at full price, coupon forfeited.
I had an item out of stock (baby love nappies) and they just refunded the $10. So $15 off $40 spend.

Definitely wouldn't sign up to this using your normal email address. Says on the page that basically you will receive spam emails non stop from all over the world and they will collect all your data
You don't have to create an account or subscribe to their newsletter to buy something. I used this deal previously and didn't receive any spam from target or its army of evil henchmen.
It says they will give your information to businesses globally and collect data for any companies that want to buy it or they are affiliated with. Also that these companies have the right to send you marketing material. If that's not a red flag I don't know what is
