This or Breville BES870?
I have both machines, 1 at home and 1 at work. Both are great, but in my opinion the Breville seems to have a better build quality.
Don't recommend this one, seen at friend's place
It's a response to Breville's model, but feels cheap compared to the other sunbeam models eg. 6910 etc, More plastic components
Doesn't have dual boiler
Does the job though, but for something you may use hopefully >5yrs, worth investing a bit more imho
Breville doesn't have dual boiler at this price range either
I didn't say it did?
The way you structured your sentences it leads most people to believe you did.
@dasher86: Lead you
But i see your point, cheers
Far out, pretty bloody cheap especially with the extra 5% off from giftcards… Quite tempting.
The ~$350 price pretty much matches the promo sunbeam had a few months ago. Should be a no brainer for those that missed out that time and want one now.
My experience with this unit, the grinder and heat up is a bit slow.
Coffee extraction, no complaints.
My experience with this unit, within 1 month the unit failed (plastic pressure line inside broke under pressure). It was replaced under warranty, it’s been 1 month since the replacement with no issues.
The coffee is as always dependent on the beans
When does this price end
For the price, a very good purchase.
I have one and it makes a very decent coffee (with the right bean of course)
