Nokia is well known for updating their devices to latest version quicker than others

Not saying that local warranty isn't better (because it IS), but FWIW I had to go through a two week ordeal with Mobileciti and Motorola to get my faulty phone repaired - the same time it took for me to get a Galaxy S3 replaced by Kogan several years ago.
Edit: no idea how painless warranty is with THE now Kogan owned DS.

Good price. I'm using Nokia 8 to post this. Great phone but be warned that the camera is shit house.
They've done a decent job of updating the camera software since launch. I've had this phone for about six months or so. Camera software was terrible at launch. Extremely slow and generally poor. At least it's now usable.
What is a better choice however is to download Google's Pixel camera app for it. I'm using Arnova's v8.2 which is better than the stock option. It's not flagship level but it's decent. But I'm not exactly the type of person who takes hundreds of photos on their phone.
I'm on this phone now - grey import 420/430 but this is an ok price for local stock.
Love the phone. I don't mind the large bezels. Snappy AF.
Love the new Nokia phones but won't buy until they put some decent cameras on them. Even though I have some pretty high end camera gear at home, as they say the best camera is the one that is with you.
Will it get android Pie?
