  Stay clear of this site if you want any sort of warranty. Had to deal with their warranty "service" run under a different company name (Australian Warranty Services) a few years ago and it took threats of legal action to get a replacement phone after the third time my phone went back for repairs.

    Sorry to hear that you had this experience, however Mobileciti has no association with "Australian Warranty Services". The phones we sell are 100% Australian stock which has full local manufacturers warranty, and we strive to provide excellent customer service.

    You are likely confusing us with another store not associated with us called Mobicity (later known as Yatango which went into administration in 2015), and like you described, were using "Australian Warranty Services" for their repairs according to related Whirlpool articles here and here, and CNET article:
