Hi OB’s!

OW price beat iPhone 16 Pro 256GB on Emporium Electronics yesterday purchased for a price of $1823.05 with OW price beat. Advertised serial number on new product was the same as officeworks and three people checked this prior to approving the price. Needed to match the colour of Office stock but they were happy to order in preferred colours providing Emporium had it on sale as new.

        Tried several in Perth and none would allow price beat over the phone… They would accept price beat in store, and they will order for pick up in 2 days. It sucks even more that we live 3 hrs away from Perth

    I bought pro max on Sunday at Officeworks using this site, they didn't have stock so paid and click and collect today. Does anyone know if flybuys points arrive based on date of payment or date of collection? I haven't received any points yet and also worry that I won't be eligible for 10x flybuys offer that ended yesterday if it's based on date of collection.

        I ordered in store for click and collect. I checked my email today and saw that normal points(inc Onepass I think) will arrive within two days after picking up, just not sure about 10x points.

      Mine was south melb officeworks with no issue. At first they said no stock on hand but when I pushed them to check the ‘in store’ listed stock I could see online that worked and turned out they had 3-4 on hand!

    I went into OF and they wouldn't match this site because it doesn't show a warranty (12 months) in the description/specifications. Costco has almost the same price at $1929.99, just not in black at my location, so I had to opt for the natural titanium. With OF price beat, I was able to get it for $1,833.49. So for those that run in store and try to price match, just check Costco and their stock availability as OF will honour it.

    I did this twice, once over the phone and it was a simple order process, then a week later in person at the Glen Waverley OW. They were pretty hesitant at GW in person and I think they probably would have denied the price match as the worker claimed they were told they couldn't match that website, but because I already had a previous order where it went through from the week before he honored it.

        The guy that served me was behaving as if I was reaching into his wallet and taking his money.. so if he is working then probably not

        I would recommend just doing it over the phone, far less hassle. The woman I spoke to was fast/efficient, found stock, booked it, took payment and within an hour I got a 'ready to collect' email. Didn't have to stand there awkwardly trying to convince a staff member that this emporium website is real, etc. Just walked in, showed my order number, got the phone and left.
