    Thanks Op, got 3 autoclaves.

Pretty sure you can put 3 toothbrushes in one autoclave, rather than having to buy a separate autoclave for each toothbrush. Very inconsiderate to broden this deal, making other Ozbargainers miss out on autoclaves. We all know we want one.

Thanks OP, bought a dozen as a high yield investment.

How long would it take to cook chicken?

    • +2

      This thing sterilises, right?
Doesn't that mean you can eat the chicken raw, without having to cook it?
      Like sashimi, just chewier.

As far as I'm aware it's the same as a pressure cooker, but this is more fancier and is calibrated for medical purposes. I believe they may also use a similar device for preparing food for astronauts. For entertainment (Might need to skip the video a bit).

      • No this is a medical device. So if you dont want more kids you may sterilise yourself.

  • Thanks…got one…I'll use it as a dishwasher…

The price for this dental device is a bit of a kick in the teeth, but I guess when drill down the value is there.

Thank OP, Bought 3. I run a private after hours emergency surgery clinic as my side job on the weekends, so these are perfect for me :)

How much for a kidney? Buying and/or selling, depending on price

      • Market price, pm for more details.

Tooth be told, I find all the comments here a bit mouthy.

  • If I buy this, do I still need a dentist?

    • +1

Nah, just put your head in there and sterilise your teeth. Saves on toothpaste and toothbrushes in the long-run.

Going to be a pain to wait for services and parts if things go wrong and your business relies on this. Recommend Melag or Mocom. You got to factor in service cost, calibration cost, validation cost also.

    • Hi Suudo,

The Runyes autoclaves has come in leaps and bounds over the years of research and development.

Spare parts within the autoclave are a mixture sourced from Europe and Asia where we try to bridge the gap between affordability and reliability.

We have many clients who would swear by the reliability of these units.

Our workshop is also stocked full of spare parts so downtime for our clients is minimal. Loan units are also readily available.

You brought up a very good point of factoring service costs over the a life span of an autoclave say 10 years. I can guarantee you will be saving money over the long run over a European product as we sell them too.

My thoughts are to keep your mind open :)

          thanks!
          This is a joke post.

  • Another awesome kitchen gadget!!

I recommend people to buy it, it might be pricy but it's worth it, after all you want to sterilised your food before eating them..

    • some people use them for sterilizing tattoo needles, etc, so actually used in many industries.

use in injecting rooms to reduce non-recyclable waste …. sterilise the needles and use for next addict …..so many opportunities now china doesn't want to recycle our waste.

      • Wouldn't it just be cheaper to recycle the addicts?

  • One expensive pressure cooker.

    • but safer than a thermomix, this has safety features to stop operators getting burnt, unlike thermomix.

  • Is it a microwave oven?

    • nope, pressure cooker, no good for reheating pies or making nachos.

    Is there a manual model?

  • Oh, they have a water distiller, I wonder if it can set to work on a liquid in an aqueous solution that would differentially evaporate at a lower temperature than that of the boiling point of water.

    • water already evaporates below boiling point …. there are many ways to condense moisture that is the air.

    First post….. thought so

I just bought one yesterday :-(

    • Buy this one today - halve your losses.

  • I clean my hands in these

  • Is there further discount(s) if I buy ten (10) of these?

What's the warranty like of these contraption?

  • Remember 1% from cashrewards

Should I buy this now, or wait if there is a new model coming out?

  • Does it have built in wifi? My last microwave didn't have wifi and i feel like i was missing out!

  • Never heard of this brand. How reliable is it?

I would personally go for Melag or a Lisa.
