Purchase the Amaysim 1.5GB Unlimited SIM at the reduced price of $9.90 (down from $24.90) using coupon 10FOR6, and Cashrewards will deposit $32 into your account approved within 15 days of activating the SIM. Please read these important guidelines:

      You've gotta wait until you activate your plan and then it'll show up in "Manage Plan" to remove auto-recharge.

      I think you need to cancel the plan to turn off auto recharge… So just cancel plan a few days before recharge time.

          Pitty this deal wasn't a few days earlier as I just got a Pay As You Go sim from them earlier this week for my 2nd sim, picked an awesome phone number (for free) too. I don't care about the 1.5GB personally, rather just get started on the 10GB Kogan but maybe I should think more like an OzBargainer and utilise this first.

          EDIT: Actually I WILL. I'm currently with Lebara (Vodafone) and last time my Voda-Voda port took days.

    You can activate your SIM up to 3 months after purchase, and still be eligible for this cashback

    The T&Cs for 10FOR6 promo indicate that the $9.90 for 5 recharges only applies if the SIM is activated during the Promotion Period (ending 30 June).

    Does that mean that the choices are:

    a) Activate by 30 June, get $32 cashback and 5 recharges at $9.90, or

    b) Activate after 30 June, get $32 cashback, no discount on recharges?

    Reason I ask is that I live chatted with Amaysim and the agent said that I must activate the SIM before 30 June to get the additional 5 recharges at $9.90.

    Upon checking the promo is Available between the 17th May - 30th June 11:06:17 am
    You will need to activate the simcard before 30th of June

    it's my first time using cashrewards. I understand that the savings will only kick in when the sim is activated, but is there anyway to ensure that i had signed up properly through the links and that my cashrewards cashback status is acknowledged and pending activation of sim? sorry if it doesn't make sense haha

      Go into your account details on the cash rewards site, and then click the "My Click History Tab". It should then show you your click out the the amaysim site, along with the date and time. As long as that's there, and you've followed TA's instructions, you should be fine.

      can't you pay by bpay? I had a amaysim account and it defaults to bpay for the new sim. I just transferred $9.9 via bpay after it confirmed the sim card has shipped.

    So I buy the kit for 9.90 which has 1 months service included.
    Activate it. They give me new number (if I want a new number)
    15 days I get 32 cash back.
    One month later the plan expires.

    Is this correct?

      Porting does not happen instantaneously. Once you receive your sim card, you'll need to login to your account and need to key in SIM number and then initiate porting.
