        • Thanks for update about ID requirements. I'm only going to submit ID when I want to activate by 30/6. Looks like I'll be contacting Amaysim ;-(

          Striking that issue with order for family member with only Medicare Card could have been troubling. I had checked the requirements & realised they have lost their Medicare Card, so ordered a replacement on Friday. Don't Amaysim know that card only has month & year?

    The previously posted and still active deal that uses the same 10FOR6 promo code (and activation date) is $9.90 for the first 6 renewals as stated in Amaysim's t&c

    However kirt pointed out that TA confirmed that this OP deal reverts to $24.90 after the first month.

    So which is it if it uses the same promo code?

      Difference could be between Auto-Renewal ($24.90) & paying using code to extend each month (for total of 6 months) after turning off Auto-Renewal.

      As with previous amaysim deals - consensus is to turn off Auto-Renewal.

      Been able to get hold of my Amaysim contact and confirmed the following… The important thing to remember is that the SIM must be purchased using a new account and activated prior to June 30. If these conditions are met, you'll get the $32 cashback for this deal or for this deal. In effect, you choose whether to remain a customer for 6 months or 1 month, and still get $32 cashback. Hope this helps clarify things.

          Hi europa. Exactly as per this deal, and as CVonC has commented above. Of course you need to click out through Cashrewards first and meet the activation requirement of June 30 and new acct for either offer.

    • CR now only offers this $9.90 for first 28 day plus $32 Cashback deal, instead of 2 deals with same 10FOR6 promo code. Was too confusing & Amaysim was giving advice based on wrong deal.
      Other expired deal was $9.90/mth for six months BUT NO $32 Cashback.

    Bear with me. Are you telling me that an existing Amaysim customer, already on the $9.90 plan, can order another sim for this deal, same name, same log in, stop using the already active sim and get $32?

    And all you have to do is order the sim using a different email address?

    You can see why I am having difficulty getting my head around this concept.

    • Requires a new account (with different email), as stated in Deal Description. Activate new SIM by 30/6 - so can use old SIM up until then.

    It says that Groupon voucher should be redeemed before 23rd June but doesn't say by when the SIM must be activated. I assume that the deadline might be same as this offer i.e. 30th June.

    Has anyone else been charged twice? I just checked my credit card and I have two $9.90 charges. Checked my email and it appears I have been sent 2 emails at a time (didn't realise yesterday). I have 2 invoices with different invoice numbers but the same mobile number.

      Made an account just to confirm I also have been charged twice. Received two separate invoices for the same mobile number @ $9.90 each.
      I also have received the "recorded your first click" email from Cashrewards, although nothing is showing as pending/credit in my account.

      Yeah, happened to me too. Open a live chat from the payment method page in my amaysim and they'll sort it out. You probably can't verify the email address for the duplicate account so they'll delete that one and refund $9.90. Rep also advised that cashrewards should be fine as long as you activate before 30 June. I made a copy of the live chat just in case anyway.

      • The person I did the live chat with wouldn't confirm anything about the cashrewards deal - he wouldn't even admit at first that he knew about it. He told me it was all up to cashrewards.

        He also told me I had ordered 2 sims with the same number - to which I replied why would I do that. So he has refunded one. When I asked him why my sim was already activated (I've lost 2 days so far and tomorrow is a public holiday so there's another day lost) he said:

        "I am sorry about that, sim cards may be activated early sometimes, here's what we can do so that you can use the services, you purchase a $2 sim card to retail stores and activate this as replacement and I will credit the $2"

        The loss of days is a minor issue for me as long as I get the $32 cash back. It's in my cashrewards account as pending but from what I've heard these are sometimes denied by amaysim (which I tried to tell the guy but he said everything is up to cashrewards not them).

    Did I read here somewhere that people who's sims were activated already had already had an account with amaysim? My sim has been activated even though I don't have it yet but I don't remember ever having an account before. When I signed up for this deal I had to supply ID and add all of my details etc like I was joining for the first time. A bit confused now and hoping I get this cash back.

    • you've provided them with your ID, with which they could then activate your SIM (presumably new number rather than porting) & indeed they did.

        Don't think it says anywhere that once you provide your ID your service will become activated.

        I've provided my ID too but haven't checked if service has already been activated (also have not received my SIM).

          Doesn't necessarily say SIM will be activated immediately after ID is provided, but if you want to be sure - provide ID at activation.

          Hi Maz78 & others. If for some reason your purchase hasn't tracked, don't be concerned. Please allow 7 days as there may be a backlog with our affiliate partner. If after this time you still haven't received a pending amount and/or a tracking email from us, simply open a ticket via the Contact Us(cashrewards.com.au) page and we'll take care of it. Important thing is you have a click-out to Amaysim at time of purchase (you can check this in My Account/My Click History) and an Amaysim invoice. AdBlock especially (and some AntiVirus software) can further complicate things by deleting cookies when it shouldn't. If you can, please get in the habit of disabling prior to using Cashrewards.

      • These clowns billed me twice.

        They are sending me two sim cards both with the same mobile number.

        I have yet to receive them and won't be getting it until tomrrow (16th) at the earliest, but they they billed me on the 13th, so already I'm going to lose 3 days of usage.

        They told me they will refund me 9.90. I'm not sure how this will work out with cashrewards. They might see the refund and not pay me.

      Switch payment to BPay so they can't debit you.

    Cashback is paid only on a new service (SIM) which is activated within 3 months of purchase and remains active for 60 days after. If however the service (SIM) is not activated within 3 months of purchase, the sale will be deemed cancelled and cashback will not be awarded.

    • Seemed to be email adress problem. I first used an email address like [email protected]. It would not verify this email address. After changing to other email address, verification succeeded.

    The minimum amount for available rewards to be cashed out is $5.01 correct? I had $5 in my balance so when I used CR for a purchase, it bumped up to $8.06 however the minimum amount available to be cashed out increased to $10.01 instead of the usual $5.01. I know it's not much but if something dodgy happening here there's no point for me to continue to use their services. This happen to anyone?

      To be eligible for and request Cashout, the total rewards accrued must equate to a cash value greater than or equal to $5.01, moving to $10.01 from 12th June 2017 (Minimum Value) and the Minimum Value must be accrued through reward incentives earned by your participation in the Services.
