I am aftering for 24" LED and found some in Gumtree about $80-100, if this spec is good then, I would pay extra to get this one, how do you think of this monitor ? what is 4-sreen, by the way, thanks in advance.
For the same price, I reckon Samsung LS24E390HL is a better option.

For budget gaming TN is better since I used many budget IPS 5ms monitors and most of them have ghosting issue when playing a fast action game.
Samsung LS24E390HL is PLS not IPS.
Shame about the fugly stand and the huge bezel on the bottom.
