"Noise reducing" is very different active noise cancelling. Effectively it's just some soft plastic/rubber on the ear buds.
Sorry but I don't see any bargain here… these things are really worth 30 cents.
Where does it say 'Noise Cancelling'?
Most people have no need for active noise cancelling, and in my opinion (yes I have used them) the only use for them is if your on a bus, plane or train often. Otherwise, noise reducing is fine.
These are horrible, even for free.
The $5 DSE headphones definitely get there money's worth :) Get them instead!
