We went into our local TGG on the weekend and sussed out a shortlist of fridges. We were turned off the Samsung models because 100% of the ones on display had faulty door mechanisms (for french door), so we narrowed it down to three model across the LG and F&P range.
The vac bags were a nice bonus because I just bought a Miele C3 in Betta's 20% off sale last month, so I'm stoked to get the jumbo pack for cheap.

Sorry, I just read the term and conditions of samsung cash back. It doesn't include online bidding site, including eBay. If I purchase Through eBay, will it show on the invoice that I buy from eBay or is it an invoice that look like I buy it from a physical TGG store?
According to this deal you can. Thats the LG CashBack, no idea about samsung. Don't know anything more.
TGG gives you a real TGG invoice when you do a pickup / delivery.
What they meant by the T&Cs from Samsung is if you purchased the item from a nobody on eBay which doesn't have an actual store.
If you ask for a Tax Invoice from the store, then it is eligible for claims. Submitting a Paypal Invoice isn't a tax invoice so it isn't eligible

Tried PC (as per suggestions); didn't work.
Can't do mobile - both app and mobile Web site; as I have 2FA with PayPal and mobile does not support that (still).

I had the same issue. To get around it:
I suspect there is something wrong with their "store stock" integration, such that if you have selected a store to pick up from, an error occurs when proceeding to buy.

I've ordered not too long after 10am, with click and collect and the local store showing available stock, yet the local store still have not received the order at the end of the day. it has always been pretty quick when I ordered in the past.
