If it is passed to your TV from another device then you could insert this and it may work. It advises that is can
"Decode HDCP: devices as PS4 or XBOX have HDCP encryption protocol but this adapter would work with it. It can also work out Blue-ray encryption."
But doesn't list the HDCP version. It says it removes HDCP, but 1GB/10 mins, 2GB max file size.
So suited for recording game clips, rather than format- or time-shifting movies. It says it removes HDCP, but 1GB/10 mins, 2GB max file size.
Each file is limited to just under 2GB in size but there is no limit to the number of files per recording as it creates a new file immediately after it closes the previous and thus your claim is incorrect.
Have you used this and found it seamless? Other devices are not, and you don't want a small jump every 10 minutes.

Can capture using vlc, ffmpeg, libav etc.
Should be simple enough to hook into OBS fit twitch streaming too.
That does not remove HDCP though.
What a spectacularly odd mix of product you sell…
Will this work for foxtel or pay per view/ netflix etc??
