I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and it has just shipped (got email confirmation), so another 3-4 weeks till I get it.
The lollipop 5.1 / G versions were just released, and they took pe-orders.
I usually get gear best in 4 weeks, a colleague paid the extra postage and got hers in 1 week.
We seem to be trapped in wanting free postage, and fast delivery, but not wanting to pay the extra $7 for express postage.
I'm just as guilty and take the free and wait 4 weeks if it's not urgent …. have an older TV box so it's not urgent for me.
Make sure it comes with 5.1 loaded, I also have a tronsmart with 4.4 and they need to be flashed from a PC, not OTA or via a flash card, and I gave up as the PC software was crashing … might be Win10 driver issue, not sure.
They are cheap units but the lack of OTA upgrades is a real nuisance unless you happy to stay on the firmware they ship with.
The "$10 eBay listings" scams ……. mine never shipped …. but Ebay refunded the money.
Like most people here, I've ordered from multiple Chinese stores (Aliexpress, eBay, DX, Banggood, Tmart etc etc) and I don't feel I'm in anyway guilty expecting free postage with a four week wait. It's quite standard. Am I guilty in expecting another random Chinese store to do the same? You bet your a"se I am.
If it's taking 6 weeks or more, we have two choices. Pay the crumby business more in postage. Or shop elsewhere.

So needs clarification, but there are plenty of units on Ebay cheaper than GearBest price.
looks like a dodgy ebay seller, check the feed back and other items for sale, there is a big chance you'll be opening a paypal dispute to get your money back.
Came here to say that too - I try to avoid sellers with a score below 98% and this one is sitting at 95.7%. Sometimes a price that's too good to be true is exactly that…
Trust me, you won't receive this item. Either you will need to lodge dispute or you'll get an email from eBay along the lines of "this seller has been deactivated and you will receive a refund".

All i can say is avoid… i STILL haven't received my little VR thing from months ago. Absolute joke. Deal extreme at least is consistent in its slow delivery time. Gearbest are terrible so far imo.
