Are you able to stack multiple Neflix codes on one account to accumulate free months?
Yes. I have about 33 months stacked. It doesn't show properly on the Netflix account page - but I did an online chat with them and confirmed (and emailed myself the chat).

Just on netflix, I got a message from someone at Optus indicating that the information on their website is incorrect regarding getting 3 months free voucher on prepaid, may be mobile broadband as well - If you're after vouchers, get on it while the website states you get 3 months for an activation…
