    Trying to get the negs above the +'s. Same reason for me, they keep telling me to wait (politely). But unless it's being delivered by a rowboat, I have basically given up on receiving it.

    I bought the Bluetooth Shower Speaker from them last time and never received it - had to lodge a Paypal disputed. Would never ever order from them ever again they should be banned from the site.

      From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping delay with shipping company.

    To be fair to gearbest. I just got my refund for the speaker. Still it was a long wait for nothing.

    To OBz, I've contacted Paypal and they said "in no way shape or form does a package take more then 45 days to deliver, no matter, even if its in the most remote place in the world"

    I've basically reported the seller for countering their 45 day policy and trying to get you guys to contact the seller instead of Paypal as a rouse to bypass any shape or form of buyers to get their money back. So, i do apologies if Gearbest is a shop with multiple sellers that are 'legitimate' but because of the unethical practice I've experienced, i'm gonna take you down single handily.

    Paypal also advised me that the 4 items i bought from Gearbest are from two different sellers and the back office will now investigate the website.

    I've spent about $3-4 with them, so assuming 1000 buyers, that's $3000—4000 the seller is getting away with, if not more.

    The problem lies in the fact that, after 45 days, you can no longer make a claim.
    Also, in-between the 45 days, you'd most likely purchase other items and it's very easy to forget about the Gearbest transactions.

    What you need to do is, go into your individual account and check your order history then contact Paypal and report the seller. You won't be doing this for yourself but it will stop the rouse from baiting other buyers.

    Who knows, maybe we can get our money back and stop the rout.

    I've never purchased anything online with "regular airmail shipping", which takes two months and counting (obviously I'm not an isolated case either). Seller also responded to my paypal claim about refunding the money, but still no refund being seen yet. Neg so others will avoid.

    i'm getting spam on my gearbest email address from chinese companies i've never heard of. i've previously unsubscribed from gearbest newsletters. avoid gearbest - they are sharing your details.

    I have also had a bad experience from Gearbest, I wont go into details, but thankfully I put in a Paypal dispute before the 45 days were up, they kept telling me to wait, very politely!! I would support banning them from OZbargain
