I didn't see a confirmation whether or not my submission was included in the first 250. But I downloaded both white papers from the website and then from the following email confirmation to be on the safe side :) No harm in trying

Symantec have always told you that they send things to the first 250 people to download something.
But they never actually send anything.

Seems Symantec is a phishing site stealing identities, we should report it to fraud watch.

yeah, I get this same email from Symantec every second week. I followed the link the first couple times but never got anything now they go straight to my junk mail folder.
