I made my purchase 2 May and sent a message via their contact centre a few days ago. The HSBC person just replied restating that it will be credited within 2 mths etc BUT she referred to 10,000 points instead of 30,000! I've replied saying that the advertised promotion at the time was 30,000 - so will see what they say…
