Not as good as the Streetwise $5 box, which replaces the popcorn chicken with a charger sub, in my opinion. But still excellent value!

This is pretty funny. Yesterday someone claims to have an "allergy" to artificial sweeteners and gets "headaches," now you claim to get headaches from fried chicken.

Not sure what you were saying here, but lots of people get headaches from KFC, my wife & I included. They must use MSG because we have an insatiable thirst and headache well into day 2 after eating it.

Went to hurstville NSW Westfield store. They gave me a small cup of drink, no can, a very tiny wings, chips, popcorn chicken and gravy. I think the previous lunch box was better.they said the promo will run for 6 weeks only.
It's always bizarre telling female drive-thru clerks that I'd like "the box" (or "their box"). Even more so prefacing it with the words "5 dollars". Is it just me?

What I do is figure out the calories, then spend all that time doing cardio to balance it out. Its counter productive really, but then you don't have to worry about obesity. Just cholesterol and bad health instead. :D

KFC is one of the only major fast food chain that doesn't advertise the longevity of their promotions and that includes the 9 pieces for $9.95 as well, why? is it because they want people to buy as many times as possible before it ends? whatever the reason, I think it's embarrassing for anyone to find out the promotion is no longer running when they're about to order, and then having to order from KFC's very expensive menu. They have limited broadcasting when the promotions draws to an end, only saying "hurry, days left", that isn't very informative.
Atleast they don't have those good charlotte hypocrites advertising for them anymore.

Will never ever happen. IMO drop the popcorn chicken for another piece of chicken and its pretty good (makes it a quarter chicken + chips + potato and gravy + drink for $5)
KFC never fail to disappoint - eaten there maybe two or three times since purchasing a "battered chicken ribcage" burger many years ago… yum!
