Try making a new account if you bought previous deal. It might be because of that.
I created a new account and it is saying the same thing to me as well. I don't why I cannot buy it.

They cancelled my orders too… but no email, just a PayPal refund… that's fair enough, but if the limit was one per household, perhaps they could have stated that?
No that's not the condition. The limit is one per person so you can have several household buying one each, all being delivered to the same address. Just raise a complaint with them.

Got it today. VERY short expiry - 01/14. Didn't notice that on the website when I purchased it (added later?)
Expiry was always end of Jan next year.
Expiry should be 31/01/2014..not first Jan.. If otherwise complain

Nope..It was not added later i guess..If you read backside of your caltex card, it says that if month/year is mentioned on card then expiry date is last day of that month. So for 1/14, expiry date is 31/1/14.
Should be no problem anyway, what I have in the tank won't last me for the rest of the month.

You can actually track the delivery status on groupon site. It tells you if they have sent out, but not whether it has been delivered to your door. Better than not knowing anything I guess.

only received 2 out of my 3 orders today, one to my residential and one to my PO box. haven't received any cancellation emails or refunds to my credit card so hope that 3rd card shows up in my PO box tomorrow..

Im happy to report I received all 12 of mine today………In 12 separate envelopes. What a waste of paper, and postage for them…If only they allowed me to purchase all 12 on the 1 account
Yeah i got the email saying that only one of my vouchers would be honoured…. then in the mail yesterday i got all of them!

got my 3rd card today, 2 days after the first batch.

Can someone tell me how the pin number to these cards were provided? Ive thrown out the paper the card was attached to and cant find anything on the emails. Cheers
there wasn't a pin provided. at the eftpos terminal i just hit the OK key when it prompted me for a pin. went through just fine
