Most disappointing new gen tablet series - in terms of specs, actual performance and price.

Agreed, only reason to pick this over the 2nd gen Nexus 7 is for the microsd slot.

  • The good guys sells this for $296.

GG price of $296 includes $30 store credit and $170 worth of apps and entertainment from Samsung Apps. So GG wins by a mile.

Sorry, need help here I cannot seem to find where the $30 store credit?

  • Is this a Good tablet to get with the Micro SD?
I was going to look at getting the older NEXUS 7 32gb…

I got the new nexus 7 and pre-ordered this https://shopmeenova.appspot.com/. Sure it's not as convenient as having a built-in microsd slot, but the performance, display, speakers, battery life, and updates(of the 2nd gen Nexus 7) make it much more better value imo.
