Good price for Kevlar jeans.. unfortunately (for me) only available in M (34") - XXL (40")
Other motorcycle gear available.. but this seems (to me me at least) the pick of the bunch.

I agree.. but Dupont® Kevlar® is Dupont® Kevlar®
Depends on the implementation.
I think this is good value https://www.aldi.com.au/en/special-buys/motorcycle-special-b…
Nothing like waterproof gear.
Actually no. When I first started my motorcycle business I was quite keen to go all crazy on importing kevlar jeans but I started to learn more about the factories, where they are made, and what they do to cut corners. I ordered a few smaller orders and sold them for a few bucks but the quality was no where near that of a decent brand made by a company that actually uses some of their profit for research and development. Just because it says Dupont on it doesn't mean it actually is the genuine product. Buyer beware…
You'd recommend draggins then?
That's quite a claim. Unlike your claim they (businesses) are accountable for misleading claims or statements:

By all means if you are right they should be reported but at this stage I'll take their word over yours.
I recommend heading into your bike shop and trying on a few different brands and see what fits best as what is comfortable to me may not suit you. These http://bull-it.com/ just arrived in Australia and seem to be quite popular and start at about $200. Draggin is great but really just buy a brand that fits you comfortably from a company that has a history of supplying safe protective gear. Hit up some forums and get some live feedback from riders who have stacked.
Also keep in mind that you need to protect yourself against impact also and this is where a set of $25 knee/shin guards will come in handy. A decent jean will keep your skin on but isn't going to keep your knee in place.
Ive got a pair of draggins
They werent cheap, but they were also the only ones who had a style that I liked/suited me.
I could wear the jeans regularly and no one would tell
accessories not included
.
Some motorcyclists need Kevlar vests these days, even when they are not riding.
Is this like wearing Beats headphones, around your neck?
I thought it was something about guns…
I wonder how many of those motorcyclists frequent ozbargain?
The bargain bug does not discriminate
Some motorcyclists don't have motorcycles or motorcycle licenses apparently. Just heard on the news.
Huh? NOtorcyclists?
For those special moments someone wants to stab you in the crotch.
For the price there not bad. I got a 2 pairs a last year. I have never fallen off so I couldn't say how they perform in that aspect. For anyone intending to grab some bike stuff at this sale I suggest you get there early. Last year I turned up 30 mins before opening and by opening time there was 40 odd guys all waiting out the front. Its got to be one of Aldi's most popular sales.
Not as bad as the hundred crazy mums at the yearly ski gear sale, but yep a big crowd. Good advice to get there early.
Chastity pants?
Thanks op, was just looking for missing pieces in the kit! Just about time! :)
Just in case anybody is still looking at this page.
Bought the paddock stand and it seems to work great, especially for the price.
There wasn't much of a crowd and plenty of stock left at Point Cook Town Centre.
Not all kevlar jeans are created equal.
