Starcraft II for PC price drop to $33 at HN (from $58). JB has it for $34.
Thought of posting this since I saw someone looking for a cheaper copy on the forum.

GMG is offering several game bundles for what seem to be reasonably good prices.
E.g.
1. Batman Arkham Asylum + Arkham City = $19.99
2. Fear 1 + 2 + 3 = $14.98
Seems like a good price for the Mach 3 Turbo cartridges, based on a quick search on e-bay and Google. Plus, nothing much can go wrong with Razor Blades anyway, in case you are militant about COTD.
