Yes! The BMS has low (and high) temperature disconnect so it will not charge below zero, but once the temperature rises, it will.ā€¦

You are correct. Technically at least. It's similar to storing your batteries at 100% SOC. They won't do quite as many cycles as if you'reā€¦
