  Still going today.

  It's an extremely unhealthy energy bar rather than a healthy breakfast. High in fat, saturated fat, and sugar.

  On the plus side it tastes pretty good

    Yeah a quick look at the ingredients and your "wholegrain breakfast bar" is basically a flour and sugar bar.
