  No, but they get around it by saying "helps manage your weight natuarally".
  The rep is in breach of the law, but knows nothing will happen.
  As on The Checkout, the TGA is a joke.

  If this really worked (its a mild stimulant) we would not have an obesity epedemic. The US is fully of fatties with 32oz Starbucks in their SUV cupholders.

  Don't be gullible.
  edit: much stronger stimulents can reduce your weight a little bit. e.g. tobacco or methamphetamine. But not coffee or overpriced and unpalatable herbal equivalents.

  Hardly a bargain.
  Chemist warehouse sell a pack (18 sachets) for $13.69.
  x5 = ~$68.45

  Here you're buying it for ~$66.11 (depending on where you are)

  Wow that's a saving of $2.11.
  I'd rather buy singular packs and see how I go before buying a 5 pack and save a whooping $2.11.

    Hate to agree with jv. Snake oil probably would be more efficacious than this stuff. Hardly a bargain if you can't provide evidence to back-up claims and/or you're forced to use weasel words (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weasel_words) to flog your placebos.
