Discounts apply to usage and supply charges. The 8% ‘pay on time’ discount is applied to the current charges on each bill after applying the 4% guaranteed discount. The discounts apply for the 3 year Benefit Term and exit fees apply if you terminate during the 3 year Benefit Term. $100 rebate will be applied to the first electricity bill and is not payable if the contract is cancelled prior to the first bill being issued. The 8% ‘pay on time’ and guaranteed 4% discount don’t apply to reconnection or disconnection fees, any charges passed through by the distributors or any overdue amounts owing on your bill.
