NetGear WNCE2001 $49@MLN

32

Allows wifi connection of TV and other devices. Wanting to get my Xbox connected to the net without using wires. This is a cheaper alternative then the Xbox wifi dongle.

  • Cheaper at quite a few other stores including MSY for $47

    Functionally equivalent?

Yeah, the 703n model mentioned in the comments for $22 shipped seems like a much better deal than this.

Personally I'd go any cheap wifi router that's dd-wrt or tomato compatible so you have the option to connect 4 devices if needed. Not as small as this though obviously.

i dont think you can run them as a client, so cant connect it to your current wifi.

as said above, look for something that will do *wrt (openwrt is my favourite) then you have complete openness as to what you choose to do with it.

In case there's any confusion, the 703n runs dd-wrt but the 702n is not supported.

  • I've got one of these… works well, but I got it much cheaper than this
