Much of the front cover items appear available at IGA/supaIGA stores in most of the states, the standout one being the (3.99)2L blue ribbon; imo it pays to check, so I might yet pick up some of that.

When they offered X% is not of significance. The availability everyday lower prices is more on point.

2) "Globe" is not [ $1.74], but $2.29 in my "Local"\NSW context.
(for 1.01 more, aldi compact fluro will produce 60W using up half*28 watts— makes sense).
3) At $3.10/kg; 1.12kg-Wheat Biscuit (once again, brand impermeable - )Homebrand, would be near identical but for the few cents extra — available broadly; everyday.

Just picked up myself 1 blue ribbon (caramel & honeycomb) and a raincheck for vanilla 2 buckets, so the specials aren't bad provided they cover a range of items which are widespread available.
I honestly have no idea what you're even trying to communicate with your last few comments.
Coming from my merely narrow experience with IGA gilbarc. I've known it to have one maybe two really compelling offers on their cover page, but require more than this to change my (Coles/Woolworths/Aldi) habit. The few times I'd gone out to 'SupaIGA' was not thrilled (nor that surprised) to find not much by way of a competition - against W / Coles, they seemed inflated.
Occasionally confusing/ disjointed titles they use in trading - Franklins/IGA/ProgressiveSupa/SupaIGA/ with some lack of national prices, made them seem more an irrelevant cornershop than compared the more consistent approach demonstrated by say aldi.
Can IGA broaden sales to become part of a shopping meg-a-tron we see Wednesdays on Ozb, maybe (not). But my rant here have not to do with discounted Cheese blocks or even weeties bites, but more so my cursing that chain…I'll be a sucker for ice-cream, sure; but please do step up the game if encouraging me go outside my way independent supermarket.
