      People complain that Black Friday isn't a real sale, then complain that the retailer 'jacks' prices compared to what is supposedly not a sale. Essentially the retailer can't win - unless things continue to get infinitely cheaper.

        Maybe retailers can just leave the 'RRP' as is and do an honest sale? JB definitely upped the 'RRP' of a lot of stuff and then slap bigger discounts on so it looks like a big sale. I know because I watched the price on a number of TVs and they did it with them all. It's technically illegal anyway.

      i3 is sufficient but i5 would be best. minimum 8gb ram and 256gb SSD. in my opinion

      15.6" is also quite large for a school laptop
