What will stop me getting my cashback:

  • You must empty your Amazon cart prior to clicking from TopCashback. Failure to do so will result in an untracked purchase, and claims will not be approved.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards, vouchers, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals, bulk orders, commercial or reseller purchases.
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any Amazon credit as partial or full payment. However cashback is eligible if using Amazon gift cards or gift card balance as payment.
  • Second and subsequent Subscribe & Save orders are ineligible for cashback (only first Subscribe & Save orders are eligible).
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any codes entered manually in the 'Promo Code' field.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.

What else is essential:

  • Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

Good to know:

  • Purchases from Amazon US/UK are ok, provided you navigate & make the transaction via Amazon AU.
  • If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

Tips:

  • Amazon tracking typically takes 24 hours (but can take up to 7 days) to report into accounts (Amazon tracking is not instant).
  • For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, and avoid browsers such as Brave.
  • Close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be your last click (not 3-Camels etc).

    I spent $167 in a single transaction on 29th November. All items were selected and purchased via Amazon Australia web site. I expected $30. Only $6.65 tracked from $33.28 purchase which is clearly wrong.

    I was unable to lodge a claim as your system thinks that I haven't made a purchase from Amazon in more than 100 days and cannot see the transaction made yesterday.
    Really weird as I've never had this issue before with TC.

          to make the matter worse, I can't even lodge a claim on TCB site. It insists that I haven't claimed anything in 100+ days. I reckon it's a technology issue I'm experiencing.

              That's what I see when I click on the first link. It's the click from TCB that took me to Amazon web site. I started with an empty basket as advised in T&C (which I always read), did not use any vouchers or codes.

                • @trixieb: When I click on the 2nd link, I'm presented with a page, see below. When I click on "I understand, continue", and select "Different cashback amount than I was expecting (incorrectly tracked) and "Amazon" from dropdown menu I get error message "No available click found. Was your click more than 100 days ago or have you already lodged a claim for this purchase?"

                  So, there are two separate issues:
                  1. Cannot submit claim because of the error on claim page
                  2. Wrong amount tracked by TCB

                  BTW, I've tested this in Firefox and Google Chrome, both latest versions, running on an Apple Mac Sequoia OS 15.1.1

                  While I work in IT and I do various troubleshooting on a daily basis, I did not expect to be doing it here, just to get my cashback back 😒

    I made two separate purchases last night, one of which was a Subscribe and Save item. After some instant purchase regret, I decided to cancel one of the orders. When I checked the cashback this morning, the cashback for both orders had been tracked, but they were grouped together as one big order. Does anyone know if canceling one of the orders will nullify the cashback from my Subscribe and Save purchase?

      The only issue I've had so far with TCB has been temu.
      All the rest tracked.
      I was also able to withdraw my first purevpn profits.

          Sorry to hear. I'm currently having non-tracking issues for Amazon and eBay with ShopBack. TopCashback has been tracking well.

          If you’re having continuous failed tracking, the issue is not TCB. I can assure you that both Amazon & eBay are two of our most solid tracking partners. I can also tell you that almost all Amazon issues are attributed to members not clearing carts, not generating a new click for every transaction, using 3x Camels, and applying codes & credits. Also remember that we’re at 2 days since the promo and tracking can take up to 7 days, and in some cases won’t report until items are shipped. For eBay, biggest issues are code use of any sort, auctions, and checking out from non-AU sites. This Amazon promo broke all sorts of sales records for us, so while a few may complain about failed tracking, we know there was no issue as many thousands of members made successful transactions.       If you're able to track successfully using mobile data it could be your router blocking some trackers. I had the same lack of tracking with TCB until i found out one of my router applications were blocking some trackers. Perhaps could be the case for you or maybe a DNS you're not aware of using?

    still not tracked 24 hours after delivery even from Amazon. Have cleared cart and purchased via Credit card as normal. its really hit or miss for TCB. once hit minimum payout, will withdraw and close it.

  • My 2 orders from Friday hasn't tracked, just like my last Amazon purchase though TCB. It has been fine with SB and CR, I wonder it's the wifi issue some people mentioned.

  • Dear all, the order made and tracked successfully for this deal. Just checked the status of the Estimated payable date says N/A that means the reward never got be paid to us? I am a new member for TopCashback. I always use Cash rewards and Shipback with exact payable date on this for us to track. Thank you.

      @hchcn You can check the payable date on a desktop browser by clicking the + sign next to the order. You can't see the date payable on the app.

        Ok. Just read thanks. I had already submitted a missing cashback claim.

        It's just all extra time, additional work and keeping tabs on all my purchases in future now - tiring..

  • I have already submitted missing cashback claim on 7th Dec and follow up 2 weeks later, still no response at all from TopCashBack.
