Previously ordered and didn't track. Case has been open with Shopback for a month now, no response. Not worth it unless you were going to buy anyway
Same. Case opened on 14 March for purchases from 12 March and still no response. I think it was 40% Westpac shopback on that day.
Menulog is the only SB that doesn't track for me properly. I click through to Menulog through the SB app, then click on the parcel icon on the webpage which takes me to the Menulog app. SB gives me another message "We're tracking your cashback" but nothing tracked and the case is still open.
Yeh Shopback is not what it used to be. I used to use Shopback as the selling point to proceed with a purchase (i.e. On the fence about buying something but the Cashback got me over the line). Now it is treated just as a bonus because I expect that I won't get it

Anyone knows if we use the current $7 promo (for orders made btw 2-5pm) in conjunction with above SB cashback offer will invalidate the cashback? Reading the Menulog TnCs in Shopback, it didn't explicitly say anything on using promo codes. Thanks all
Has anyone's cashback amount been changed down? Mine was $25 then today I looked in app and it is showing $3.21 🤷♂️. Had to submit a ticket.
