    I registered the website specifically to reply. Thanks for your post. I bought this phone. There are only 600 of them.

    I found someone mentioned that you need to manually confirm the shipping fee before the payment is successful. I think this is an anti-fraud measure to prevent bad guys who use scripts from buying many units at a time. It requires users to manually confirm the order once, and general shopping scripts do not have this function. Maybe it is because of this setting that 600 users who really need it can buy it.

    When I bought one for $215, the payment failed, but luckily I bought another one for $200 (so I could cancel the $215 one after) and that did go through. Or at least it seems it went through.
