FWIW, My Deal does say warranty is in accordance with ACL. I guess they cover the warranty. I have not claimed such warranty so can't comment how well that works though…
It specifically said in the MyDeal website that
"DIRECT IMPORT: This genuine product is an international version and is covered by MyDeal's 12 Month Warranty"
So you send it back to them, they handle it, how long & how good/bad the warranty claiming experience I dunno :)
Just a quick question, if i wanted 2 headphones, and i purchase them separately. Will I only get $150 cashback? or is the cashback cap of $150 applied to each individual transaction?
I bought this morning when I saw the 30% cashback deal and also got 3k EDR points. I’m also going overseas soon so will claim TRS too. Absolute bargain if the cashback tracks.
Bear in mind that this is the international XM5 model & not protected under Sony Australia warranty. If you have no problem with this fact, then it's a pretty good price.
