      from experience, using eBay code not listed in Shopback will invalidate the eBay standard cashback
      but will still track in westpac / bank bonus cashback
      shopback may change this at anytime though

      Not sure about woolies / bigw ones

    Anyone know:

    Rebel, 1 redemption per user.

    Does it mean if I buy something via Westpac card, and close and reopen to purchase another via StG card, I would still be eligible to get both cashbacks? Or is the “1 per user” applies to WP or StG ?
    Any help is appreciated 🙏 TIA

      Westpac and Bankbonus (StG / SA / BOM) are separated
      so yes, if you have 1 WP and 1 StG, then you can have the bonus one for each card

    Westpac Lounge and associated bonuses only appear in the Shopback app. Do we need to make a purchase through the Shopback app using our Westpac card to be eligible for the bonus cashback? Or is it possible to purchase via the desktop website using our Westpac card and still access the bonus cashback?

      Using desktop is fine, as long as you have already added the westpac card in Shopback

    EBay won’t allow me to remove a coupon. EBay auto-applied a coupon, and when I un-tick it at Checkout, EBay auto re-ticks it, meaning I can’t get cashback. I’ve tried on Android App, IOS App, and Edge browser on Windows.
    Anyone else getting this, or is there some new trick?

      It’s a coupon(s) specific to the seller, buy one get ~10% off, buy two get 20% off, buy three pay for two. Maybe EBay allows sellers to make these coupons mandatory.

      Mine tracked, but at the wrong amount for the Westpac Bonus - showed up as the standard 2%, instead of the bonus 10%. Trying to chase it up now.

    Is this still active, i have westpac and say 2% bonus and standard is 4.5% for ebay. I don't see the 10% anywhere for ebay in shopback?

    I saw previous comments (2022) of New Balance SB Cashback not tracking correctly.
    I have a purchase from yesterday at the increased 25% cashback, which has tracked at <10% so not a shipping/ex-GST issue.
    I cannot DM you but feel free to DM me.
    The difference between the expected and tracked CB is large so I’ll likely cancel my order if this cannot be amended
